A new high volume commercial baking and gluten free food manufacturing facility is under development to add to our original MD flour mill and bakery operations. Your patience is appreciated as we prepare to process orders for our fresh ground whole grain rice flour and mixes, fresh and frozen rice breads ‘n rolls, par baked pizza crusts and custom baking for restaurants and commercial customers.

We are starting with a limited bread menu and will add products each month for wholesale distribution and food service options.
