Grandma Whimsy Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Grandma Whimsy. Each order is packed with care and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During busy seasons, sales events, or live shows, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Please review your shipping name and address carefully before placing your order. Grandma Whimsy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Address Change Clause
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, it is no longer under the control of Grandma Whimsy.
Grandma Whimsy is not responsible for packages that are:
- lost in transit
- delayed by the carrier
- marked as delivered but missing
- stolen after delivery
If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and contents and contact grandmawhimsy@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery so the situation can be reviewed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on the item and destination.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
Grandma Whimsy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- weather
- carrier issues
- holidays
- high shipping volumes
- customs processing (for international orders)
Delivery Confirmation Clause
Orders are considered delivered once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
